Body Back® BOOST (Combo)

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

*Body Back BOOST (combo) classes are drop-in classes that are combined with our Body Back Transformation session classes. There are limited spots available for members.

We recommend you be six (6) months postpartum to attend a Body Back class.
