Body Back Holiday Mini Session (6 Weeks)
Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.
Six-Week BODY BACK MINI Session Includes:
- Twice a week, small group, HIIT training classes
- Digital nutrition guide and recipe book
- Food journal and weekly meal planner
- Access to your instructor for individual coaching
- A supportive, inspiring, and uplifting community to help you reach your personal goals
**You MUST be six (6) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**
