Body Boost Class

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total body workout that incorporates intervals of cardio, strength and core. Appropriate for all fitness levels. *If you are a prenatal or a postpartum mom who is less than six months postpartum, please make sure you have doctor's clearance to perform high-intensity exercise. The workout is not appropriate for anyone still recovering from childbirth.*
