Body Well (8-Week Session)

Body Well™ is about the journey. It's about meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program will focus on improving your physical fitness and overall wellbeing with a community of mamas to support you along the way.

  • 2 LIVE HIIT workouts per week
  • All Access membership including unlimited in-person and virtual classes and over 100 recorded workouts
  • 1:1 and small group coaching
  • Exclusive online Body Well portal filled with complementary workouts and all the resources you need
  • A Client Guide with tools to help you establish healthy habits and family friendly seasonal recipes
  • Private Whatsapp group for accountability, support and education

*This 8-week program is being held over a 9 week period. The week of November 21st-27th (Thanksgiving week) is a bonus week; participants will have access to classes and resources, but we're giving our coaches the week off.

**All in-person classes are held outdoors. If truly inclement weather makes it impossible to hold class outside, participants can select an alternative class any time before the end of the session.
