Fit4Baby Virtual Prenatal Session

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate and prepare your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and core training and ends with a relaxation practice - everything you need during this precious time!

The 8-Week Session Includes

  • 2 live virtual workouts/week: 1 standing class: Tuesdays at 7:00pm or Saturdays at 9:30am, and 1 floating class: attend any virtual or in-person class you like each week

  • Small group conversations with prenatal, postnatal and parenting experts periodically after class during the series.

  • Private Whatsapp group where you can share tips and ask questions of other expecting mamas

  • Workout whenever you want with unlimited access to 100+ recorded workouts

  • Individual access to instructors trained and certified in prenatal fitness by the industry leader to answer all of your questions.

* The kick-off meeting will be held on Sunday 3/28 via Zoom from 8-8:30pm. This meeting will be recorded for anyone who cannot make it.
