Prenatal/Postnatal Class

Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy including the fourth trimester (the early postnatal period once you have your doctor's clearance to resume exercise!). The class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
