**We welcome prenatal and postpartum moms with doctor's clearance to perform cardiovascular exercise at Strides 360. Please keep in mind that bodies need time to heal, and running (which makes up a majority of the Strides
360 workout) before about 3 months postpartum is generally very hard on the pelvic floor.**
