Prenatal/Postnatal Class
Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy including the fourth trimester (the early postnatal period once you have your doctor's clearance to resume exercise!). The class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Class includes a unique blend of cardio, barre, pilates, yoga, and ballet. Appropriate for all fitness levels including prenatal. **Babywearing modifications are available!**
Strength and Core Express Class
A 30-minute nap time express class focusing on strength and core work. Appropriate for all fitness levels, including prenatal. **Babywearing modifications are available!**
moreBody Boost Class (HIIT)
A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total body workout that incorporates intervals of cardio, strength and core. Appropriate for all fitness levels. *If you are a prenatal or a postpartum mom who is less than six months postpartum, please make sure you have doctor's clearance to perform high-intensity exercise. The workout is not appropriate for anyone still recovering from childbirth.*
