Dock 5 is a unique, warehouse event venue located directly above Union Market, between 5th ST NE & 6th ST NE just north of Florida Ave NE. It's accessible via the elevator from the front right corner of the Market (at the opposite end of the building from Bidwell's).

When the weather prevents outdoor classes at the market, workouts will be moved to dock 5.

COVID PRECAUTIONS: This is the perfect location for indoor Stroller Strides classes during the pandemic. At over 12,000 square feet with 3-story high ceilings, Dock 5 offers ample opportunity for social distancing, and the covered outdoor space allows for classes that move easily between indoors and outdoors. All class participants over 2 years old will be required to wear a mask and those over 12 will need to show proof of vaccination prior to joining class via a pre-class survey for Dock 5 classes and all in-person indoor FIT4MOM DC classes.

PARKING: There is plenty of FREE parking in the Union Market parking lot and also in the secondary underground parking structure that can be entered from the street behind La Cosecha (Take Morse Street West and turn right at Dryy. Use the first garage entrance on your right)

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Union Market is located just a few blocks from the NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro stop on the Red Line.
