INSTRUCTOR: Body Back

I'm a mom of three kids - 12 months, 2.5 yrs old and 6 yrs old. I've always enjoyed being active and have been working out for 26 years. I started playing sports in high school and college. I played volleyball and lacrosse and ran indoor/outdoor track. I started lifting weights my senior year of college and loved the way it made me feel. I even worked out with the Hockey team and did the strength and conditioning program they were doing. My nickname in college was "Fitness Liz". After college, I started a running club and ran my first half marathon. I am always looking to improve myself and decided when my first son was 2 years old, that I was going to compete in a fitness competition. After my second child was born, I was looking to get back into shape and found Stroller Strides. After my third son was born, I returned to FIT4MOM to try their Body Back classes. I instantly knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. I got certified to teach a few months later and absolutely love it. I love being a part of a group of women that understand how important it is to mentally and physically to take care of yourself. As moms, we take care of a lot of people but sometimes put ourselves last. FIT4MOM allows you to take care of yourself and workout with your kids or workout on your own if that works better for you.
