Prenatal Fitness Classes


FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for expecting mamas. Classes include cardio endurance, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises selected to support and prepare your body for pregnancy, delivery and recovery.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Well™

Body Well is our 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly workouts, accountability, recipes, challenges, and more.
