FIT4BABY isn't about what you can't do while you're pregnant; it's about preparing your body and mind for what it can do and will do while honoring the unique physiological changes pregnancy brings.
4 Week Session: June 8th-29th

Throughout the 4-week program, we'll build endurance for labor and momlife; counter the muscle loss that comes with the hormone changes in pregnancy; help you maintain balance and minimize the injury risk as your joints become more pliable; mitigate postural changes that cause long-term discomfort; and prepare for labor, delivery and recovery no matter what that process looks like for you.

What is the workout like?
The 60-minute FIT4BABY workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and wraps up with an opportunity to practice relaxation techniques - everything you need during this precious time! All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy.
You can begin FIT4BABY at any point of pregnancy as the workouts are research-backed, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.
