FIT4BABY Prenatal Workout
The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and wraps up with an opportunity to practice relaxation techniques - everything you need during this precious time! All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy.
Whether you're joining us for drop-in classes or enrolling in the 6-week FIT4BABY program, you can begin at any point of pregnancy as the workouts are research-backed, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.

In class, we'll build endurance for labor and momlife; counter the muscle loss that comes with the hormone changes in pregnancy; help you maintain balance and avoid injury ask your joints become more pliable; mitigate postural changes that cause long-term discomfort; and prepare for labor, delivery and recovery no matter what that process looks like for you.
