You give us 2 days per week for 2 months. We’ll give you sustainable habits that make sense for real life.
Body Well is designed to build sustainable fitness, nutrition, and wellness habits that will keep you feeling your very best now and into the future.
Through goal setting, in-person workouts and post-class discussions, your coaches (certified postnatal fitness professionals who are moms, too!) will help you make feel-good movement, restorative sleep, adequate hydration, and nourishing meals your default setting.
HOW IT WORKS
Each week you’ll attend 2 group workouts:
- 1 Body Boost (HIIT for energy, agility & cardio health)
- 1 Body Ignite (strength, stability & bone density)
- The session includes an unlimited membership so you can make up missed workouts or add more to your schedule throughout the program.
Your coaches will share education and resources during classes, in post-class small group coaching sessions and in the private whatsapp group around on three overarching themes:
- Daily Movement
- Nutritional Pillars + Behaviors
- Wellness (stress management, sleep, etc.)
Practical Tools & Fun Challenges – Step competitions, recipe swaps, attendance goals, and more will help you put habits into action.
Personalized Support – Pre- and post-session fitness assessments, an enrollment survey to set your goals, and a program tailored to what you want to focus on

F.A.Q.s
- Can I do the *Body Well 8-Week* program if I'm pregnant or recently postpartum (<3mos)?
- While pregnant moms and moms in their 4th trimester (up to 3 months postpartum) who are cleared for HIIT workouts by their provider can join our Body Boost classes, the Body Well 8-Week program is not right for them. Body Well focuses on fitness, hydration, nutrition and other wellness goals that do not reflect the demands of pregnancy and the early postpartum period. We're excited to see our expecting mamas in FIT4BABY and our newly postpartum mamas in Stroller Strides.
- Can I customize my own schedule?
- YES! To make the most progress towards your goals for the session we recommend that at least one of your weekly standing classes is one of Body Well classes listed above. Your second weekly standing class can be any class on our schedule at any location. Email KellyReid@fit4mom.com with questions or to request an alternative schedule.
- What if I would have to miss some of the classes?
- Commitment is key to getting the most out of Body Well. To get the most out of the program we strongly encourage you to make it to at least 2 classes/week. Ideally, these are the session classes, but they don't have to me. Each mom will work with her coach at the beginning of the session to plan for any classes you know you'll have to miss, and any classes you may have to miss due to unexpected circumstances. If you know that you will not be able to attend the first and/or final class of the session, contact us right away.
- Am I in good enough shape for the classes that are part of Body Well?
- Everyone comes to class at a different fitness level. This program is designed to meet each mom where she is at. Your class instructors will offer multiple options for each move so that you can choose the version of the exercise that is right for you that day. Come see for yourself! - Do I need any special equipment?
- Nope! Of course, you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer but we'll have mats and resistance bands, and any other equipment needed for class. All you need to do is show up for class with a water bottle, good pair of sneakers and supportive sports bra and you'll be good to go!
- Can I bring my kid(s) to class?
- Our Body Boost and Body Ignite classes are designed for moms-only. We hope your 2 weekly Body Well workouts are all about YOU! Some weeks don't work that way though so, you're welcome to bring your kiddo(s) in a stroller to any of our *outdoor* classes, and of course, any of our Stroller Strides classes regardless of location. Body Boost classes that are part of the Body Well session are all held in indoors spaces that aren't large enough to accommodate strollers.
- Can I do the *Muscle Mini* program if I'm pregnant or recently postpartum?
- The *Muscle Mini* is a shorter 6-week Body Well companion program specifically focused on building strength. Pregnant and postpartum moms who are cleared for HIIT workouts by their provider are welcome to join us for the Muscle Mini session, though this program is best suited for moms who are at least 12 weeks postpartum.
