Take your running to the next level with our guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Brielle Bouknight ~ Run Club+ Program Leader and SE Coach
Brielle is mom of 3 girls and certified FIT4MOM running coach, Boost Pro and Body Well Instructor. Her passion for running started early and has only grown over the years as she's explored the power of running to challenge you both mentally and physically. She has ran half marathons, 10 milers & 5k’s, and ran her first (and not last) marathon in 2023. She believes every mom is capable of running, so lace up your sneakers and Brie will help encourage you to the finish line.

Brittney White | NE Run Club+ Coach
Brittney is mom to Charlie and Libby and a certified FIT4MOM Run Club+ coach, Boost and Ignite instructor, and Body Well coach. She fell in love with running through the challenge and consistency it brings—so much so that she once kept a running streak of at least a mile a day for 757 days! Brittney first found FIT4MOM during her maternity leave and quickly realized the power of movement and community in motherhood. Having trained for everything from 5Ks to marathons herself, she knows the satisfaction that comes from training and crossing that finish line. She’s passionate about helping moms build confidence, strength, and endurance through running. Whether you're lacing up for your first mile or training for a race, Brittney will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way!

Erin Radomski ~ NW Run Club+ Coach
Erin is mom of 2 girls and certified FIT4MOM running coach. She grew up as a competitive cross country and track runner and rediscovered her love of running when she moved to DC. She enjoys all different types of running- running solo, with her daughters in the jogging stroller, or with her husband and friends.
Erin has run everything from a 5k to a marathon and loves the road race environment. There’s nothing better than crossing a finish line with hundreds of strangers cheering for you! She is excited to bring Run Club+ to NW and meet some amazing moms along the way.

Lauren Huston ~ SE Run Club Coach+
Lauren is a mom of two boys and certified FIT4MOM running coach. She loves the challenge of setting and achieving running goals, and that it's possible to bring kids along on runs! As a coach, Lauren hopes to instill a passion for running regardless of pace or distance. Whether the goal is to train for a race, return to running postpartum, or boost endorphins and meet other moms in Run Club, Lauren is excited to help moms achieve their personalized running goals and have fun in the process! Lauren ran her first (but not last) marathon in 2023 and has completed a half marathon, 10Ks, and 5Ks.
F.A.Q.s
What if I don't have any running experience? No problem! Run Club+ is designed to meet each runner where she's at and help her get where she wants to go. This group is well-suited for runners training for a 5K to half-marathon distances regardless of starting point including those training for their first ever 5K race.
Can I bring my little one in the stroller for our runs? Of course! Let your coach know that you plan to run with a stroller so that she can provide you additional tips and guidance.
If I miss a run with my group can I join another FIT4MOM DC Run Club+ group to make it up? Of course! Your Run Club+ registration includes an all access membership so you can drop into any other class or group run on our schedule whether you missed your group's weekly run or not.
What are the weekly coach-led runs like? Run Club+ members meet weekly for a run based on their training plan along with the session coaches. Group runs are a great motivator and lots of fun! This is also the perfect opportunity to get feedback from your coach on technique and share tips with your fellow runners. Runners are welcome to bring along their little ones in a stroller for the weekly runs, or not.
What if I want to train for a distance longer than a half-marathon? Your coach can work with you to customize a training plan that is based on your starting point and and the progress that can safely be achieved during the course of the session.
