FIT4BABY® Prenatal Class
Our FIT4BABY® classes are designed specifically for expecting mamas. The science-backed workouts are appropriate for all trimesters and fitness levels. Classes include cardio endurance, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises selected to support and prepare your body for pregnancy, delivery and recovery.
STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
BODY WELL
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
Boost PRO
Boost Pro was created especially for busy DC moms who want to challenge themselves to build endurance, speed and strength. Workouts combine cardio-agility drills and strength training with free weights and bodyweight to get ou everything you need in 50 minutes.
RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half-marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
