FIT4MOM Events are all about bringing our community together. It can be hard to find connection with others and take time for yourself amidst the all-consuming job of raising little humans, so we've done the work for you! From our annual DC School Lottery Info session to Cry Baby Matinees to Wild Strides at the Zoo and beyond, we've got something for everyone. And we are so excited to bring back Playgroups! These are 20-30 min enrichment activities designed for infants through pre-K age kiddos and usually follow a stroller or family class. Events are free unless otherwise noted. Join us!

Sundays starting January 25 | 4pm | EDC JCC

Connect with your baby, body, and community through this NEW joy-filled babywearing dance class on Sundays! With baby safe in a carrier, you'll groove to your favorite songs with simple choreography all while building strength, stamina, and stability. You're bound for a good time! Sign up here!
