FIT4MOM Events are all about bringing our community together. It can be hard to find connection with others and take time for yourself amidst the all-consuming job of raising little humans, so we've done the work for you! From our annual DC School Lottery Info session to Cry Baby Matinees to Wild Strides at the Zoo and beyond, we've got something for everyone. And we are so excited to bring back Playgroups! These are 20-30 min enrichment activities designed for infants through pre-K age kiddos and usually follow a stroller or family class. Join us!

Join us after an invigorating workout at Bryant Street Market to make adorable art out of your baby's footprints. Release your inner creativity and try an animal theme or fall leaf theme! We'll roll out our tummy time mats too.

Sept 23 | 10:30am | Smithsonian National Zoo

Join us for a special Stroller Strides class at the National Zoo Sponsored by Thule. Plan to stay after class for refreshments and a Stroller Give-Away sponsored by our friends at Thule. Stroller Strides is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller!

Oct 5th | 11am | City Ridge

Join us after a stroller strides class for a relaxing visit that includes tummy time mats for the little ones, and a cool playground for the older toddlers. We'll plan to get coffee at Tatte before heading to the playground space. It's such a great month to be outside where our littles can explore the natural world.

Sip on a hot drink after a cool October workout at the Wine & Butter Coffee Shop near Lincoln Park. It's a great opportunity to socialize and share laughs with moms who get it!
