Events

FIT4MOM Events are all about bringing our community together. It can be hard to find connection with others and take time for yourself amidst the all-consuming job of raising little humans, so we've done the work for you! From our annual DC School Lottery Info session to Cry Baby Matinees to Wild Strides at the Zoo and beyond, we've got something for everyone. And we are so excited to bring back Playgroups! These are 20-30 min enrichment activities designed for infants through pre-K age kiddos and usually follow a stroller or family class. Events are free unless otherwise noted. Join us!

Nature Walk

Get your heart pumping at Stroller Strides and then hang around for a toddler-speed stroll (<20 mins) along a short portion of the Glover Archibald Trail to a small playground. We'll start by reading a story and then saunter along this little slice of nature, which is teeming with butterflies, deer, sticks, rocks, and changing leaves for our little collectors.
