I remember not so fondly trying to spoon soup into my mouth without dropping any hot drizzles on my newborn baby's head while he was nursing. I remember having a meal train with my second baby and being so grateful for the support but wishing I had a little more control over the menu - especially when we discovered she had severe reflux. I remember most of all being surrounded by other moms who survived on takeout, protein bars and just a few hours of sleep.
Once that baby arrives, prepping and planning time can go out the window. That’s why it pays to spend a little time prepping in those last few months of pregnancy. I know that making freezer meals is probably the last thing you want to do when you’re tired and swollen so I’m going to make it as easy as possible for you.
