Ali Boroson

Before becoming pregnant, I was an avid runner and fitness class enthusiast. I loved how strong lifting weights made me feel and the confidence it gave me. My fear upon learning of my pregnancy was that I would have to give up running and engage with fitness in a whole new way, as people often suggested doing prenatal yoga classes. I did my own research, ran and worked out through both pregnancies, and became certified in pre- and postnatal fitness specialist as a result. This led me to Fit4MOM, a place where I love to help moms see their power and strength, exercise safely in pregnancy and postpartum, all while building community and connecting with others!
