Rebecca Akabas

I’m a mom to two toddler boys and exercising allows me to keep up with them, stay strong and recharge. I grew up dancing and always loved to move my body, but I really started to appreciate the benefits of weight and circuit training when I graduated college. I've tried, and enjoy, almost all group exercise classes including spin, yoga, barre, kickboxing and everything in between. When I got pregnant with my first son, I worried about being able to stay in shape and make time for exercise. I wish I had known about FIT4MOM then! I discovered Stroller Strides after my second son was born and loved being able to bring him along, while still getting in an amazing workout. I love how FIT4MOM provides a community for all moms (or moms-to-be) and so many ways to connect, workout and take care of ourselves.
