Second Wind Gym is located at the corner of Longfellow and 14th Street NW. in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood just north of Petworth.

There is ample street parking on the surrounding streets and the 52, 54 D34, E4, and W45 buses drop-off/pick-up directly in front of the building.
