Run Club+ 8-Week Program

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Your 8-week Run Club+ Program Includes:

SPRING 2024 8-week Run Club+ Session

  • SPRING 2024 Run Club+
  • Kick-off Meeting April 8th @ 8pm on Zoom *recorded for late registrations
  • 8-week session runs from Apr 20 - June 9th
  • Coach-led group runs will start at Lincoln Park SE on Saturdays at 7:30am

Join Run Club+

  • *The optional culminating run for this session will be the EOD Warrior 5K and Half-Marathon. Registration is open for the race through May 29th. Register and get more information here. The race is optional and registration fees are not included in your Run Club+ enrollment.

Whether you're an avid runner or trying something new, Run Club+ has a detailed training program to help you reach your individual goal. We know that running with others can be intimidating so we've designed our group run to meet each runner where she's at. The community nature of the program allows us to partner runners based on distance, pace and even neighborhood to help each mom find camaraderie in every stride.

Brie Bouknight

Brielle is mom of 3 girls and certified Fit4mom running coach, Boost Pro and Body Well Instructor. She has had a passion for running ever since she was young. One reason she loves running is you can explore your city. She also loves that it challenges you both mentally and physically to achieve new goals.

Brielle has ran half marathons, 10 milers & 5k’s, and is currently training for her first marathon. She believes every mom is capable of running, so lace up your sneakers and Brie will help encourage you to the finish line.

Lauren Huston

Lauren is a mom of two boys and certified FIT4MOM running coach. She loves the challenge of setting and achieving running goals, and that it's possible to bring kids along on runs! As a coach, Lauren hopes to instill a passion for running regardless of pace or distance. Whether the goal is to train for a race, return to running postpartum, or boost endorphins and meet other moms in Run Club, Lauren is excited to help moms achieve their personalized running goals and have fun in the process! Lauren is training for a marathon and has completed a half marathon, 10Ks, and 5Ks.


If you love running and hanging out with other moms that you might be our next Run Club+ Coach. We are recruiting Run Club+ Coaches to bring this program to new neighborhoods all around the city, especially in or near Petworth, Brookland, Georgetown and/or Tenleytown. Learn More Here


What if I don't have any running experience? No problem! Run Club+ is designed to meet each runner where she is at and help her get where she wants to go.

Can I bring my little one in the stroller for our runs? Of course! Let your coach know that you plan to run with a stroller so that she can provide you additional tips and guidance.

What if I want to train for a longer distance? Your coach can work with you to customize a training plan that is based on your starting point and and the progress that can safely be achieved during the course of the session.
